ELSEWEDY ELECTRIC hosted RJK Power and Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN) for a complete tour of its Elsewedy Cables Factory, which featured cutting-edge testing and production facilities. The visit included a successful examination of ACCC conductors to ensure they met international standards and procedures.

ACCC conductors, which are designed to improve capacity, efficiency, and compatibility with contemporary power transmission systems, are critical components of energy infrastructure optimization. In addition to the inspection, the delegation inspected vital production areas at ELSEWEDY ELECTRIC, such as the Transformers, ECMEI Insulators, and ASF Steel facilities, highlighting the company's modern manufacturing capabilities.

ELSEWEDY ELECTRIC Power System Projects (PSP), in a joint venture with The Arab Contractors and Orascom, has secured a major contract for the construction of Egypt's ambitious High-Speed Rail (Green Line) project. Awarded by the Ministry of Transportation's National Authority of Tunnels, this landmark project will link major cities across the country through an extensive network of 21 stations.

With a design speed of 250 km/h and operational speeds of 230 km/h for express trains, 160 km/h for regional trains, and 120 km/h for electric freight tractors, this high-speed rail network will revolutionize transportation in Egypt, offering unparalleled efficiency and connectivity.
