Elsewedy Electric Graduate Development Program, BEAM, saw a successful launch as the graduates were welcomed by our management from around the globe, showing their commitment to supporting the young talent to become tomorrow’s leaders.

Beam is Elsewedy Electric’s Human Development brand, through which we help our talents to learn and fast track their career. The 12-month program is designed to get the early talent experienced across various functions in different businesses, where talents receive intensive formal training courses, dedicated coaching experience from our business leaders, and cross-functional job rotations to get their hands-on practical experience across our businesses.
